AS European Lingerie Brands merged with AS European Lingerie Group

The merger of AS European Lingerie Brands and AS European Lingerie Group has been completed.

The merger of the Group entities was undertaken to simplify the Group structure. After the merger the sole shareholder of LSEZ Lauma Fabrics SIA is the Group entity AS European Lingerie Group. The merger has no impact on the Group’s or LSEZ Lauma Fabrics SIA operations. The ultimate shareholders of the Group remain the same.
